Blog Award Time!

"I heard a bird sing
In the dark of December
A magical thing
And sweet to remember.

'We are nearer to Spring
Than we were in September,'
I heard a bird sing
In the dark of December."
- Oliver Herford -

Happy December, everyone!

Can you believe that it’s the last month of the year? I am stunned! And although I’m not happy about winter arriving, I am thrilled that Christmas – my favourite holiday of the year - is on its way. And because of that, be prepared to be bombarded by festive posts throughout the month. You have been warned!

But enough about that. It’s blog award time, after all, so let’s get right to it!

This month I’d like to present the award to Diane, another of my favourite bloggers who is the author of Always Crave Cute.

Diane posts the nicest, sweetest, most uplifting things that put a smile on your face, make you go “awwwww...” and remind you of everything good in this world. It’s a blog that I frequent regularly with many other blogging friends.

If you haven’t discovered this lovely blog yet, head over there right away! Go on, just click here and you’ll be transported to Minnesota where you can enjoy all the lovely things Diane has to offer.

Congratulations, Diane!

And remember:

There are no hard and fast rules to the award. You don’t have to display it on your blog if you don’t want to. Or write anything about yourself. Just know that I think you have a 'totally funkalicious' blog, and I’m glad I stumbled across it. The award and a link to your blog will be featured on the right sidebar of my blog for the entire month of December, so others may get a chance to discover you and enjoy what you have to offer.

I wish you all a lovely month ahead. Let the festivities begin!

Here’s a photo to make you giggle...
