  1. Good quote to ponder. I love that barn....imagine the story it has to tell. Thanks for this Martha and have a great Sunday.

    1. I have so many photos of barns like this one. They are one of my favourite photography themes. And I'm sure they all have a story to tell!

  2. Isn't that the truth Martha? I always wonder how the value of human life has been equated with the amount of melanin one has on their skin...

    1. I wonder that, as well. There is no logical explanation to such a thought.

  3. Moody image and beautiful textures from the sky to the wood to the dry flowers. Thanks, Martha, for something to think about too.

    1. Whenever I run across barns like this one, a whole bunch of emotions run through me. There are stories to be told from each and every one of them.

  4. Barns have so many cool angles or angels which is it anyway. Now that I`m in my 60`s I can`t spell any more....there`s a great topic for you some time soon to make us laugh at!

    1. Yes, they certainly do have cool angles --- and angels, too, of souls that inhabited them at one point! So I wouldn't worry about the spelling...although I'm always ready to grab onto any reason for some humour!

  5. Really great pic - and quote, Martha :) Wish it was fall and I could wander around that property for a while...

    1. I'm counting the days for spring to return, so I can head out into the country areas and snap photos of these beautiful barns. Every season makes for interesting photographs out there.
