Chuckles and Chortles

I hope that you all had a lovely weekend. Our weather is hot and humid, but we are still making our way around town and out of town to enjoy the summer. Saturday evening we attended the Buskers Festival; an annual event that has been occurring every summer for the past 25 years. Buskers are street performers that entertain audiences in public areas for voluntary donations. I took a few photos, and hope to share some of them with you at some point.

And on Sunday, we drove over to the beautiful town of Picton, Ontario to have supper and take some photographs, some of which I’ll blog about.

But this morning, it’s all about humour. Let’s get to that right now...

Things You Do not Want To Hear from Tech Support

- "...that's right, not even McGyver could fix it."

- "So -- what are you wearing?"

- "Duuuuuude! Bummer!"

- "Looks like you're gonna need some new dilithium crystals, Cap'n."

- "Press 1 for Support. Press 2 if you're with '60 Minutes'. Press 3 if you're with the FTC."

- "We can fix this, but you're gonna need a butter knife, a roll of duct tape, and a car battery."

- "In layman's terms, we call that the Hindenburg Effect."

- "Hold on a second... Mom! Timmy's hitting me!"

Have a great day, and a terrific week!

  10. Good stuff! Thanks for the laughs.

I hope I remember to pop in to see your pics from the festival. We had the same thing in our town over the weekend, but we didn't make it there to see what kind of performers were there. Seeing your pics would be the next-best thing.

    1. It's a fun way to spend an afternoon or evening. I will post some photos eventually. I'm so backlogged these days. I'm much too busy during the summer, and things pile up!

  12. I love the password cartoon because, not only do you have to do all that, you are supposed to have a DIFFERENT one for every password you create!
