Easter Bunnies: The Stuff Of Nightmares

So it’s Easter weekend, and some of you will be celebrating it with family and friends. Others who don’t celebrate it will be enjoying a long weekend. Whatever the case may be, I hope it’s a good one for all of you.

Hey, did you ever take photos with an Easter bunny when you were a kid? I didn’t. And I never took my girls to take these types of pictures either. In fact, I had no clue people even do this. But apparently they do. And judging from the horrifying images below, I have to wonder why.

Take a look:

Wait...what?

Are we having fun yet?

And this baby never slept through the night again.

"Get back here...."

This is why we grow up being afraid to look out our window when it's dark.

Aren’t these terrifying? Can you imagine being forced to take a photo with one of these ‘creatures’ as a child? That’s how nightmares begin. And years of therapy...

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!

  3. Love that last LOL! When I was a kid back in the Dark Ages, we didn't even have store Santas at Christmas, let alone professional Easter Bunnies at Easter. Seeing the Easter Bunny at malls makes no sense to me.

  6. Back when I worked in a Halloween & Magic Shoppe, we rented bunny costumes. The heads were huge. I mean huge. Dads would rent the bunny costumes and come back and tell us how the kids cried and screamed. We tried warning people but they had to see if for themselves.

Same goes for the Big Bird costume. Big Bird on TV is little but boy, when those kids see one in real life, it's cry baby city.

    1. All those characters are pretty scary in real life. On TV they're all tiny, and the kids love them. But when they're up close and personal...WHOA...larger than life, and very overwhelming!
