Happy Monday, blogging friends. Did you all have a nice weekend? I certainly hope so. And if you didn’t, I hope the week ahead proves better. Our weather wasn’t very nice and we mostly stayed put. But we did spend some time outside in the garden tidying up and putting things away. It’s sad to see all the beautiful flowers coming to an end, but such is the cycle of the seasons. In any case, both the garden and I can use the break and return refreshed, fully energized and enthusiastic about a new season in the spring.
Now, let’s get to the funny stuff, shall we? Today it’s all about Halloween, which is just around the corner...
Wishing you all a beautiful day!
Wow someone was early to post their blog :)
ReplyDeleteI must be a vampire... I seems to always have problem with those photosensors... I kept switching around to find one that work and what is frustrating I will try one, switch to another still no luck, someone else will come and just put their hands under one I tried and water would come for them right away... grrrrr
Have a good week, you should see the flowers in Florida! hahaha
Maybe you are a vampire, Richard, and you just haven't realized it yet :) Do you see a reflection in the mirror? Does garlic frighten you? What about a crucifix? Things to check...
DeleteI WISH I could see the flowers in Florida! Don't be mean... :) And don't forget to eat an orange on my behalf. I want proof of that. Take a photo of the orange peels or something...hahaha....
First wow I love your new heading, so you! Atta Girl, good crazy Halloween Jokes, I love your blog, always keep it for last, to start my day laughing, you lovely girl~
ReplyDeleteThanks, Lorraine. I was kind of bored on the weekend, so I was fooling around with my photo editor.
DeleteOh no! Handing out individual condiment servings swiped from restaurants is just TOO FUNNY! And I bet there are some cheap bastards out there who would try to get away with that, too. Kids come and go so quickly at the front door, they wouldn't notice . . . . hmmmm.
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love the condiment idea?! Can you imagine the look on the faces of children when they'd open their bags at home? Hahaha... Priceless! My gosh, no way would I ever do such a thing. But I imagine there are others that would. Yes, cheap bastards...
DeleteNow I like the first cartoon. There are people who seem to have to take an extra freebee no matter what. Now they know what to do with them. Have a good week.
ReplyDeleteI imagine people doing something like that, although in all my one years of trick or treating, and all the years I took my kids out, I never saw such a thing!
Deletehahahaaa you are not handing out ketchup packets … HAHaaa
ReplyDelete‘morning, Martha ;)
OHMYGOSH, Carolyn, I'd never do such a thing!
DeleteHappy Halloween Martha! Thanks for the laughs lol.
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed, Christine :)
DeleteOh so funny! Happy Monday, Martha!
ReplyDeleteAnd now, happy Tuesday, Louise :)
DeleteLove these! :) Thanks for making me smile on a Monday morning.
ReplyDeleteSmiling is good for us, so I try to help us all do it more often :)
DeleteLove that first one! What a good way to get rid of all those condiment packages!! Genius! I can see the kids faces now!!
ReplyDeleteTheir faces...shock...and a few tears :)
DeleteI love that last one, very true
ReplyDeleteI know! Horribly true.
DeleteI think Count Flatula is my favorite, but then again, they're all so great! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you enjoyed, Mary. I enjoy making you all smile :)
DeleteCute stuff, and it's making me think I should dress up as a banker.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly wouldn't hurt, Robyn :)
DeleteHappy Monday! Hope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jen! I hope it's a good one for you, as well.
DeleteHappy Halloween Week. I can't believe the Halloween season is almost over. Those three months flew by. Whoosh.
ReplyDeleteI know, right? It's unbelievable that November will be here in a few short days. Crazy!
DeleteForgot to ask why are you not giving sushi packs? ;)
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm not; that image is not mine! I would ask the person who took it. Maybe s/he doesn't like sushi??
DeleteGiving out condiments on Halloween, LOL. That's awesome! Never seen that one before. Oh Halloween, I am already sad it's almost over. Wish I had done more this year!
ReplyDeleteI know. This month just zipped right by. I didn't do much for Halloween this year. Maybe next year. I say that every year... :)
