“Photography for me is a passion, a mixture of science and art that creates magic.”
- Scott MacQuarrie -
I’d like to share a few photos that I took around my beautiful city that Saturday morning.
If you enjoy taking photos, consider joining in on the fun next year in your own area. It doesn't matter what kind of camera you use, or what skill level you are. All you need is passion and enthusiasm for photography.
Have a beautiful Tuesday!
Very nice photos!
ReplyDeleteThanks, and thanks for visiting!
DeleteLove those last three photos in particular! Very visually arresting.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Debra. It was a lot of fun.
DeleteJust beautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Christine!
DeleteNice collection of photos! I've never heard of this photo walk. I'll have to check into it next year, and see if it happens in my town.
ReplyDeleteYou should, Linda. It's a lot of fun, and you get to meet up with people in your area that love photography.
DeleteWhat fun! You got some great shots, Martha! My favorite is the tire bumper on the wharf. Happy Tuesday to you!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Louise. Our city is wonderful for photography. So many interesting things.
DeleteOh my goodness, I love them all. Impossible to pick a favorite, though I DO especially love the one of the corn. So autumn-y. :)
ReplyDeleteI love that corn, too. That was taken at the farmers market that is set up downtown.
DeleteWith these examples, I can see that you have a most successful photo shoot. Several pictures, like the second one, are just stunning. Well done.
ReplyDeleteIt was my first year participating, and I had a great time. You should check your area next year and see if there's one going on.
DeleteNicely done. You worked hard for this one.
ReplyDeleteI sure did, Red, and had a great time while doing it!
DeleteWhoa. Those are brilliant. I love that you do these photos here. Do you miss your other blog? I like that you do the photos here. One and two are my top picks, but they are allllll fantastic.
ReplyDeleteI definitely miss my other blog, but just can't keep up with it all. I figured if one blog had to be put on hold, it would be that one.
DeleteI tried to do a coupon blog awhile back and I couldn't do it. Never even did one post. Instead I use it as a reading room for blogs and updates. But I'm soon to move to BlogLovin' now that my feedly is fecked up.
DeleteSo yeah, I can understand just having one blog at a time.
You take such beautiful photos. Absolutely amazing!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jen. That's very kind :)
DeleteMartha, these are beautifully done photographs, in all aspects. My heavens how you have become a great photographer!
ReplyDeleteI really like the first two because they remind me of Nova Scotia........historic and the waterfront.
Thanks, Jim. I appreciate this wonderful comment. Kingston is very old, so I'm not surprised that it is similar to your area.
DeleteAnd you Martha...possess both those qualities....and more!
ReplyDeleteBravo!
Cheers!
Linda :o)
Thanks, Linda. I hope you are well. I tried leaving a comment on your blog today and when I clicked to post it, it disappeared. Not sure if you got it. I'll have to check.

Awww...thank you! I enjoy sharing humour. We all could use a laugh. I'll have to check out your blog, and stop by and say hi. 17 is a tough age, but most of the kids turn out fine. Teen angst :)
