Twas The Day After Christmas

(I wish I could be there, too, Santa, but I didn't find airline tickets in my stocking like I had requested.)

I hope all my blogging pals had a great time yesterday. Today is a day to relax and unwind. And digest all the food we stuffed ourselves with!

Have a beautiful weekend, everyone!

    1. Hahaha! That is funny, Lorraine! Too many liquor-filled chocolates. I forgot about those; haven't had one of them in years, but they'll do the trick.

  5. Yes, I think I would prefer to be at the beach right now and having a very long walk to burn off yesterday's food! Hoping tomorrow I will not feel as drained - I think the adrenaline has now taken a tumble! Enjoy the rest of the holidays xx

    1. I'd love to be at the beach on a tropical island, especially on New Year's eve. I can just imagine how much fun it would be.

  6. We are getting tons of snow so I think I would not mind being at the beach right now (even though I do like the snow when the sun is shining (which it is , so beautiful)
We all had a wonderful Christmas day, hope you did too, Martha :)

  10. I hope you're having a great weekend too, Martha! I for one am not moving much. Maybe tomorrow I'll go for a three mile walk? Or not? I feel kinda heavy. Lol

    1. I know that 'heavy' feeling, Mary! :) It's been a very quiet and slow weekend for me, too. No complaints. Sometimes we need a little of that after the rush of the holidays.

    1. Thanks, Wonder Woman. I wanted a change, and here it is. I'm really liking it, too. Very low maintenance, which is perfect for someone like me who hates putting more time than necessary into hair styling and stuff like that.

    2. Low maintenance is wonderful. Usually each Autumn Equinox I get a bunch of hair chopped but I missed this year. Hubby does it for me.

Loved your post for Monday. Really great smiles.

    3. That's our plan, too; that eventually we'll be cutting each other's hair. That would be cool. It'll save lots of money that we can use for other things.
