Say that you're kidding, please? They probably think Schindler's movie was fiction? ah tell me it isn't so?
I truly hope this is a joke. But there certainly are people that can be quite misinformed!
Oh, those Canadians ,they are quite smart , I know as I know quite a few of them! But there are also some other people that are 'rather dumb' Have a great weekend , Martha We are expecting a big winter storm , over 13 inches of snow is predicated ...I am ready for it! I think ...LOL
Wow, that's a lot of snow! We are getting more, too, but I don't think it'll be that much. Stay warm and safe!
It's Friday and I'm still in bed as I write this comment. Starting to feel MUCH better but you know what? I also feel like a little kid, home on a sick day, only I have a fun tablet to play with.Enjoy your weekend and boogie boogie.
Glad your day picked up as it went on. Tablets are starting to intrigue me. My older daughter has one and she says I'd love it. And yesterday evening, hubby and I took a walk to the mall for coffee and strolled through a store selling tablets. They are light and compact and I think I probably would enjoy one. We shall see...
I LOVE mine. I went with the Logitech bluetooth keyboard case because it's the most comfortable for my fingers, and lets me write. My tablet is the Samsung NotePro 12.2 - I believe is the name. At the time we got it, I did A LOT of research and looked up video reviews. This was the best one in our price rang, and I love it.But there are SOOOO many out there that you might like better. For me, I love the 12.2 screen and I wasn't interested in getting anything microsoft or mac.So much fun. Easy also, for quick pictures (as you've seen in many emails), drawing programs, making videos (as you will see in many emails), and much, much more.Oh, and for me, since I'm not able to jog yet but I can do light walking on the treadmill, this little screen (removed from the case), fits perfectly on my treadmill dashboard. Tim uses it too. So light, easy to travel with.
Good gosh, longest comment, ever.Happy Sunday.
I love it! Lots of good stuff here. I'll have to start doing some research on this as I have NO idea what's out there. But like anything else, I'll eventually settle on something. I haven't been online most of the day and I'll check out your emails tomorrow morning. Getting ready to make popcorn and watch a movie. Not sure which one yet; we'll decide when we get on the couch! Hope your day was killer good.
I had no idea what was out there either but it doesn't take long to catch up. It all changes fast, but we love our android. Today, I've begun gutting the holiday cupware area. There's some I don't use and I don't fancy keeping things about, that I've no use for. So out they go. Or, well, donated depending.Happy Monday. You're my last stop before I pay bills and shut down for the morning.
Wait WHAT? it wasn't an event ? Not all of us Canadian are waxed lol ! Some Americans still think we live in Igloos lol !
Hahaha! Yes, I suppose some of them do think that :)
Has someone told Leonardo DiCaprio?
Poor bugger...he'll be stunned.
I wonder what made them think it happened in real life hehehe. Oh boy. My teacher once told us in the class "less you speak, less mistake you make" :)
Your teacher was wise! Sometimes it's best to zip it :)
"A little knowledge is a dangerous thing."
Sure is. Makes people believe they are experts.
LOL; this was the funniest thing I read today so far :)Enjoy your weekend too!betty
This is very funny. In a sad kind of way!
I think so, too!
LOL this is hilarious. "I'll never let go" she said...but then she did and he sank :(
Hahaha! Indeed. Poor guy...
For real?? Oh wow!? A lot of times I'm thinking it would be wiser not to say anything... ;)
You got it, Beate. Best to just zip it sometimes :)
Wow! Was that written by Scott Walker?
I actually had to look up who Scott Walker is. And then... :)
I've learned that rule the hard way...many times. Have a great weekend.
Thanks, Red! I hope your weekend is off to a good start.
Silence is golden.
hahahahaha! Wherever did you find that? And who is the censor? :)
I honestly don't remember where I found it, but I just had to share!
Wow! What's it like to live in the world of fiction like that? Lol
Hahahaha! Yes, it's a world of fiction.
LOL! You mean Hollywood isn't real?
Hollywood is what's real, Jim. It's real history that isn't :)
made me chuckle, Gill your newest follower!
Hi Gill, and welcome! It's always nice to see new people here!
Too funny, Martha! Sadly, the Titanic was very, very real! I hope that you are enjoying your weekend!
Yes, very sadly! It was a terribly tragic event.
I really like reading comments on newsfeeds. There are always some crazies and ignorant folk on there but very often, if you cancel those out, you can get a lot of truth from them. The Titantic...I first read the book by Walter Lord "A Night To Remember" when I was just a kid. I re read it when the movie came out. There are some people that if you want to tell them something, just tell them you saw it in a movie, if you say you read it in a book, they will tune you out. I promise this is true.
I've never heard of that book. I should check it out. And that's interesting about telling people you saw it in a movie. I'll have to try it out and see the reactions!
LOL! As always, i love them all! Especially the three types of rock!
I think you meant to comment in the 'Chuckles and Chortles' post, Mary, but no problem, I'm glad you enjoyed!
