Happy Monday, everyone. How went the weekend? Was it as cold, snowy and windy as ours? I sure hope not. Winter has definitely found us, and so far February has not be a very nice month. I’m dreaming of tropical places, beaches and sunshine. Reality is a totally different story. Sigh... Let’s hope it’s an early spring.
In the meantime, let’s laugh out loud. Cause humour makes everything a little better.
Have a great day, everyone!
LOL the "we all know 'that guy'" one made me laugh. SO funny. Have a super Monday, Martha :)
ReplyDeleteI think we all know someone who fits 'that guy' category! Hahaha...
Deletelol hilarious i aspecially of course like the countdown on calories.....lol but I got say JUSTICE is right on!!!lol
ReplyDeleteI wish pounds could be calculated like that! It would make losing weight so much easier.
DeleteSo fun, Martha! I busted out laughing at the laundry one! I'm going to have to google that song now! I won't tell you about our weather or where I'm headed two weeks from tomorrow! I hope you get a wonderful and early spring! Have a goo week!
ReplyDeleteThat song gets stuck in your head, Louise, so be careful! And DO share where you're going. I don't mind at all. If it's a warm and sunny place, I'll love hearing all about it!
DeleteWaikiki!!!!
DeleteWonderful! I wish I could join you, but since I can't, make sure to take lots of pictures to share :)
DeleteYour Monday funnies always make me chuckle ... thanks Martha ...
ReplyDeleteHang in there "weather wise" spring is coming and you will be out biking again ...
Happy Monday
You bet, Margie! Next month is March, so we're practically there.
DeleteI've never really talk much to the nurses. They usually just check my weight and blood pressure and send me on my way.
ReplyDeleteMuch easier that way. You don't have to constantly repeat the story!
DeleteMy favorite is the Stick Family. I agree with the cat.
ReplyDeleteCats know all. They rule the world; we just haven't figured that out yet.
DeleteThanks for today's laughs, we need them, soo cold.
ReplyDeleteI know, Christine! Let's hope this cold breaks soon.
DeleteThat's absolutely right -- if you go for any kind of medical attention, you end up repeating exactly the same thing to an endless stream of health care workers right up to and including the doctor. Doesn't strike me as particularly efficient, but what do I know?
ReplyDeleteIt isn't efficient. And it certainly explains some of the loooooong waiting periods.
DeleteI love the last one, all were great, but I would hope for a similar conversion chart with pounds lost :) It was pleasant this past weekend, highs in the low 70s :)
ReplyDeletebetty
If only that last one worked that way. Imagine how much easier losing weight would be!
DeleteHahahahaha, on that last one. And the rest, really all good stuff.
ReplyDeleteWe have to laugh. Keeps us young. And happy.
DeleteIt was cold and sunny here and good to get out and walk. I also saw a moose a few blocks from my house.
ReplyDeleteA moose! That is really cool.
DeleteHa! Another group of funnies that made me laugh! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed, Linda! Come back next Monday for more :)
DeleteThank you, sweet Martha! Love these. :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you enjoyed them. Humour makes everything a little better :)
DeleteHehe...I hate to say I smiled on that one about the ashes of difficult customers. Am I a terrible person?! ;)
ReplyDeleteIt's terrible how people try to take advantage of small business owners; non-paying customers can be a real headache. One man who owns a business near us says the total he's owed, including accumulated interest on the debts totals to $1.5 million...
Seriously? On my gosh...that is terrible! Small business owners to have it tough sometimes.
DeleteThis is a good batch, Martha! I LOVED 'Oh NO, Were one of those families.......'
ReplyDeleteI love that one! Too funny...
DeleteThe ashes of difficult customers! hahahah. Wish I'd thought of something like that when I was teaching!
ReplyDeleteI can just imagine the look on the faces of your students!
