Chuckles and Chortles

Happy Monday, my friends! I hope you all have a lovely weekend. Mine was very relaxing after a very busy week. So busy, in fact, that I didn’t step out once into the garden - despite the beautiful weather - until yesterday. For only the second time this spring. But it was Mother’s Day, so I treated myself to a stroll among the flower beds with my camera in hand. And discovered to my absolute delight *squee* that there are beautiful blooms everywhere. Like this one:

This is the lovely Helleborus 'Peppermint Ice'.

Ah, the joys of spring.

Now how about some humour? Let’s do it!

    That original weight cartoon is hilarious and certainly puts things in perspective! So glad to see the garden is blooming.

      Yup, no need to worry about getting down to your original weight. It's an unrealistic goal :)

    Isn't it great when you venture out into the garden and discover new things that weren't there yesterday?! Whjat a great colour this Hellebore has, Martha!
