Cuba: The Beaches

“The three great elemental sounds in nature are the sound of rain,
the sound of wind in a primeval wood, and the sound of outer ocean on a beach”
- Henry Beston -

Cuban beaches. How can I describe them? They are simply magnificent. And the 21 kilometers (13 miles) of almost uninterrupted beach in Varadero, the area we stayed in, is unforgettable.

Take a look...

Sparkling clean

Powder white sand

Tranquil, turquoise water

Magical

One of the best destinations in the Caribbean

And 330 sunny days per year to enjoy it all

Ahhh...this is the life...

You will fall in love with the beaches in Cuba. I know we did.

Come on in, the water's fine!

Have a beautiful day, everyone.
