Chuckles and Chortles

Happy Monday, everyone, and happy November! We're nearing the end of another year. Isn't that pretty amazing? Time is zipping by.

My daughter was with us all of last week and she returned to Ottawa on Saturday instead of Sunday because she wanted to attend a Halloween party with her boyfriend; a very nice young man. He's studying at the same university and he's also from Kingston, so they travel back and forth together. It's heartwarming to see my daughter so happy and doing so well. These are exciting times for her.

Now, shall we laugh a little? Of course we shall...

Have a good one.

  1. Thanks for the laughs, good ones! I am feeling my age as the time flies by, and the kids grow up.

  2. So glad to hear your daughter is doing so well. Love that dog and mailman joke. He looks so much like my crazy lab who barks all the time.

  4. Haha! A lot of good ones today! I'm afraid should I ever have children I will very likely end up guilty of the "bad" example in "Fun Games for Baby." Oh well, poor thing; I firmly believe chess is good for children's brains. Also loved the Ai̶r̶p̶o̶r̶t̶ Ark Security!

    1. Dogs are funny with that. But they mean well. All they want to do is protect their families!

  13. Very funny. The last one tickled me especially well as we choose the line at the airport that required shoes off when there was another that didnt! D'oh!
