Hi baili, and welcome. Thanks for stopping by!
Smell of Christmas tree filling the house. Being with all my grandchildren at the same time (and playing Blackjack with them when the parents are all out and about).Listening to my children and their spouses conversations. The twinkle of lights. My mom's rum and bourbon balls on the cookie tray!
These are all wonderful, Toni! The part about your grandchildren must really hug your heart :)
Who can resist the smell of cookies baking :)My five:LightsChristmas story (not the movie, but from the Bible :)Good cheer some seem to haveBeing with familyFood (with no calories of course because its Christmas)betty
Yes, food has no calories during Christmas, especially the sweets :)
What I love about Christmas: cookies and fudge...hard to resist!
They are very hard to resist, especially the fudge. I attended a holiday lunch for the hospice volunteers and one member brought homemade fudge. Absolute heaven! But terrible for the hips and thighs at my age :)
Having children young enough to still get super-excited about Christmas. Hosting Christmas lunch and having my family all around me enjoying abundance that we all contributed to. Opening presents! Putting up the Christmas tree (my son contributed that favourite). Gingerbread reindeer.
I loved Christmas that much more when my kids were little. It was even more magical!

The peace of Christmas EveChristmas lightsEgg nog!Christmas moviesTime with familyI put family time last because of all of the fighting between relatives. Family gatherings these days just end up being awkward.
I'm sorry to hear that about the family. Sometimes it can be quite stressful.
I love giving gifts, Christmas music, Lights on the tree, visiting friends and family, good food!
All great things, Christine!
I also love Christmas eve and spending time with family. I also have several favourite Christmas movies that I only watch this time of the year.
Christmas movies are quite a highlight this time of year!
Peace and goodwill, peace and goodwill...
