  4. Loyd is such a non conformist in his group of friends.

  5. There is a strong possibility that the majority of these reindeer are female, since males drop their antlers in late December/January AND females have little respect for drunkeness, even if it's Santa. I'm thinking the old guy might have called them some other names. Except for Lloyd, they are probably drinking buds!

  6. Hey Martha,

    How's it goin', eh? :)

Yeah, how come "Lloyd has two "l's". What the L! Must go now and bring in the laundry cause it's starting to rain, dear....

    Have a good one, Martha.

    1. I think that's what makes me laugh with the name Lloyd. It seems so weird for a reindeer name!

  11. LOL, Martha! I'd rather be called "Lloyd" than the other names! I've had fun, relief, and poignancy reading through your last few posts. Fun listening to Dino sing "Let It Snow"; I have always loved DM"s music. And Fun laughing at the Earworm Ward. I never knew that X was so Christmas related! Now I feel relieved and won't feel so guilty if I write "Xmas!" I had always heard that early Christians used to make the sign of a fish as a secret symbol, but it's not much of a step from X to fish, and there were probably a number of ways to secretly communicate.

Christmas time is always poignant and bittersweet because, like you, I miss my dad and mom so much. Quite the video! I have never lost a sibling, and I can't imagine how painful that must be. It is the price of love, especially when we are blessed with longer lives. Wishing you joy in your brother's love ~ You will never lose that! Hugs!

    1. I prefer paying that price to have such great and loving relationships in my life. I'd rather love completely than halfway just to avoid the pain of losing someone. Having such a terrific brother even for a shorter time than I hoped is worth the grief. And never mind my dad; I hit the father jackpot with him!

Nice to see you here, Louise! Thanks for your lovely comments, as always. I still have one of your Friday posts sitting and waiting to be read. I always save those until I'm free to enjoy them and I've been occupied with so many things lately.
