The most amazing man in the world and I were discussing while out at dinner Saturday night how incredible it is that we've lived in two different centuries and - even more amazing - two different millenniums (or is it millennia?). Isn't that really cool?
Shall we get to the funny stuff? Let's. Here's the first chuckles and chortles of the year.
Have a good one!
Thanks for your Monday laughs, Martha! Love the cat one! -Jenn
ReplyDeleteIt's my pleasure, Jenn!
DeleteThe cat cartoon made me laugh, feels that way at my house!
ReplyDeleteMine, too! Life with cats :)
DeleteLOL about the Ex Men! It is amazing to think we have lived in centuries and millenniums (spell check liked that, it didn't like millennia). I hadn't thought of that in a long time. Babies even being born this year might not have that to say about their lives down the road. It will be a great year ahead I do believe!
ReplyDeletebetty
I certainly hope so, Betty. I will try my best to make it a good one.
DeleteEach and every one of these made me laugh out loud! You find the best stuff!
ReplyDeleteAll for my blogging pals!
DeleteI certainly believe the Pavlov's Cat!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
And you, Gail!
DeleteLove video-conferencing kitty :)
ReplyDeleteOur kids (born in the mid-80's) feel they've lived in the most interesting time because they can still remember what it was like before home computers. And now look at our computers - as small as a wristwatch and much more powerful than anything we used to have. And then we remind them that WE remember when computers took up a very large room in a very large building and needed their own air-conditioning! lol
I know! Times have certainly changed!
DeleteThose are great, I love the cat ones . I just wrote today that I want to teach one of our cats how to ring a bell :)
ReplyDeleteIf you succeed, I want to hear about it! That would be fun :)
DeleteWell I can relate to Mr Bean. Green tea is pretty horrid. :D
ReplyDeleteHAHA! His impressions are perfect. That's how people react when they don't like it!
Deletealways funny...and I can relate to Mr. Bean's reaction, too. LOL
ReplyDeleteGreen tea is not for everyone!
DeleteThe "mullet of the automotive world" made me laugh!
ReplyDeleteIt's a good one!
DeletePavlov's cat, that is funny. Love Mr. Bean, I hope you saw the one where he was at the Nativity Set in the shop window, so funny. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteYes, I've seen it! It is hilarious!
DeleteWolverine has the worst luck with women. He really should date women his own age though. But it's hard to find a good 180 year old woman these days.
ReplyDeleteHAHAHA! Yes, it is!
DeleteYes. we've lived in two millenia and two centuries and it didn't make one bit of difference. Now the nerd in me says, "is there a green tea and a grean tea?"
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid I don't have the answer to that one! If you find out, let us know :)
DeleteThanks for the laughs, I love that toast one.
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed them, Christine!
DeleteHahahaha! All so funny! And the cats have us trained to perfection...
ReplyDeleteThey do. We are their servants! :)
DeleteLOL! the mullet one was good!! And Pavlov's Cat! I am under Sophie's spell!!
ReplyDeleteSophie rules, Jim. But I'm sure you and Ron know that by now :)
DeleteAll good - especially the green tea one !!!
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
I'm glad you enjoyed, Jan. And I hope you've been having a lovely week!
