Here we are again at the start of a brand new week. How was your weekend? I hope it was a good one for all of you. I will keep it short and sweet this morning because I've got so much I want to do today. Will it all get done? Maybe. Maybe not. But I'll give it my best shot on this cool but wonderfully sunny day.
Let's get to the funny stuff in 3, 2, 1...
A wonderful day to all!
haha I like that 'verbally' one!
ReplyDeleteI know! If I was the employer, I'd ask for the dance :)
DeleteSo cute with the dog and the vacuum sign! Hope you get all you want to do today done!
ReplyDeleteBetty
It was a very productive day, Betty!
DeleteHahaha! My cats also say NO to vacuums! Cute!
ReplyDeleteMine, too!
DeleteLOL!!! Great chuckles and chortles!!!
ReplyDeleteHubby LOVED the last one...the "sit" head :D
It is very funny. I am guilty of mispronouncing it!
DeleteHaha. He's prepared a dance - I want to see it. But I'd hire him regardless.
ReplyDeleteMe, too! Just for the sense of humour :)
DeleteThat's it! I will never ask Rex, "who's a good boy?" again! He IS the good boy!
ReplyDeleteHe certainly is :)
DeleteThese are great! You know how to pick 'em :) I can't even choose a favourite today - ha ha!
ReplyDeleteGlad you liked them! Why choose a favourite? Just enjoy all!
Delete"House of Sit"
ReplyDeleteI know!
DeleteLove the chair store's name!
ReplyDeleteIt is a funny one!
DeleteLove all three of the dog cartoons. Not sure someone would win a political campaign against vacuums, but perhaps there are enough cats and dogs voting that he might win.
ReplyDeleteThe dogs and cats would certainly align with this candidate on the vacuum issue!
DeleteThat last one ... LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a good week
All the best Jan
I know! It's one of the best this week.
DeleteI think the last one could twist a few tongues and cause some poor reading.
ReplyDeleteIt got me!
DeleteThose are great. My cats are all for the no vacuums :) Have a good week.
ReplyDeleteMy cats are with your cats... No vacuums!
DeleteThe hope you got everything done and are resting now.
ReplyDeleteNorbert seconds the banning of vacuums.
Did Norbert get out and vote? That's the only way to get this vacuum business banned.
DeleteThat Shack of Sit one made me bust a gut!
ReplyDeleteIt's a good one!
DeleteHAHAHAHAHA...Have a good day, Martha!
ReplyDeleteThanks, e. I hope your week is going well so far.
DeleteThanks for the smiles, Martha. I liked the interview one, and that political sign is...very strange!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you enjoyed, Bethany. I hope you are well, and enjoying your new job!
DeleteHe's got my vote, through Pine Straw also seems promising
ReplyDeleteNow if only all the cats and dogs would get out and vote...
DeleteHaha! Your "Chuckles and Chortles" always tickle my funny bone, Martha. I hope you got through your busy day. My appointment for today was cancelled, and after a hectic two weeks, I felt like I had been given a snow day. I was blissfully home with nothing I had to do for a whole, wonderful day. I made homemade minestrone soup for the first time, and my hubby loved it! Take care!
ReplyDeleteNice to see you here, Louise! I do understand about being busy as we're really swamped since we moved here. And I also understand about having a whole wonderful day off. The absolute best. And homemade minestrone soup. MMmmmmmmm...
DeleteI am sure that you will be doing great my friend as giving your best is key to satisfaction at the end of the day.
ReplyDeletesecond one gave me a wide smile ,loved all though
I'm glad you liked them, Baili. We always need to laugh. It's good for us!
Deletesit, ahahahahaah.
ReplyDeleteI know!
DeleteGood stuff, Martha. When you get time, come by and see my ice cream.
DeleteNum, num, num.
PS: It's the weekend. Heck ya. Only two days for Tim but two are better than none.
I'll be over very soon. I have your blog posts waiting to be read.
DeleteOh my gosh, I made some more dairy-free ice cream this weekend with the dandelion flower and it worked so well. Added a lovely sweet. Blows my mind.
DeleteIt's amazing what you can do with plants! This is the first time I hear of a dandelion flower in ice cream. Very cool.
DeleteDefinitely read that one wrong. I think the problem is our brains are so used to seeing particular words in a particular order that it automatically reads what it knows. Then we read it again and realise we got it wrong. Blame our brains!
ReplyDeleteVery true! I read it wrong, as well, and then laughed when I realized it.
