Chuckles and Chortles

Happy Monday, everyone. How'd the weekend treat you? What's going on with you all? Anything fun or interesting to share? Add it below in the comments.

We are having some amazing weather these days. It's hard to believe it's late October. Here's hoping it stays this way for awhile. Today we will step outside and clean up. We don't have a garden, really, but the grass needs to be mowed and weeds need to be pulled out and the hose needs to be drained and put away, and on it goes. Little stuff to take care of before winter arrives. And that's all I have to say about that.

Now let's get to some funny stuff.

Have a good one!

  5. I'm resisting the urge to look up "happiness." I get confused on the "i" vs "y" thing myself. And imagine you can get one shoe free if you buy the other! That's hilarious. Do you need to buy the right vs left shoe first? Who knows.

Thanks for the sillies, Martha. Have a great week.

    1. That one shoe free deal is pretty cool, isn't it? I think I'd start with buying the left shoe. I can always hop on it until I pick up the right one. :)

  13. Weekends are so often for tending to a garden, or perhaps enjoying a walk around a garden centre, I always enjoy this at weekends or during the week ...

Loved all the Chuckles, thank you.

Hope your week is going well, we've had sunshine all day today it was lovely walking out earlier.

    All the best Jan

  14. Ha ha ha...I love those! And it's funny, I just used the happy as a clam phrase today hee hee. The weather is very nice lately. The other day when I was doing the cold frames, I was in a tank top, today it's sunny and 13 so back to fall weather. I'm happy to say we might have our first Halloween without snow on the ground!!!

  16. Finally!!!

I am so happy for you dear Martha!

Finally your weather is pleasant and i can imagine your excitement for this.

Hubby spent his half Sunday in garden to prepare the soil for plantation of seasonal flowering plants though we got bit late as first we had to cut the neem tree branches so cannot fall upon new plants.

Wishing you best of luck for weeding and removing of grass .

Soon you will be able to sit among your blooming future garden my friend!

    Loved the first most:)
