Chuckles and Chortles

Happy Monday, everyone. How's it going? How was your weekend? We actually had some milder weather and a lot of the snow has melted. I am starting to feel hopeful as the month comes to an end and spring keeps getting closer and closer. Adventures await this year!

Is your day off to a good start? I certainly hope so. If it's not, here's some funny stuff to make it better. Hope it helps!

A wonderful day to all!

  4. When the ground is bare, it's easier to have hope! And it's so much easier to get around. That's the part I appreciate most, I think.

All wonderful funnies - I especially, especially liked the potato one!

    1. A lot of our snow has melted but there's enough around for it to still feel like winter. I'll be happy when it's all gone! But we're getting there. There is hope!

    1. I hope it wasn't too bad, Sandy. We will probably get some more snow at some point but it shouldn't last too long. Once March hits, things will start getting better.

  15. Hi Martha, I’ve had a allygood weekend, thanks. Every day is much the same as the day that went before it, though. I’ve always managed to remember what day it is. Every day is for me filled with the sound of pop music from 8am in in the morning till 10pm at night. 😡 it drives you mad sometimes. Quite recently we’ve had a lot of snow. It’s fairly unusual for us to have it this bad. 😲 Ever since the stroke I’m learning something new and one day i’ll find a website that actually understands my condition. : )

    1. Glad to hear your weekend was a good one and I hope your week has been going along nicely. I can only imagine how tiring it is listening to pop music all day long like that. That would drive me mad, too!

  18. Dear Martha, I hope you are doing well over there in Canadia. I don’t really don’t know what else I can say? Each day is pretty much the same as the one that went before it. I feel like a prisoner in a high-security prison at times. Life isn’t easy but there again I didn’t think it would be. I went to the dentist’s today for a device that will stop me grinding my teeth together and they refused to give me one. If i’d Spent 50 days where I was guzzling on sweets and smoking 40 fags a day I could understand it. But I don’t. I was so angry. As if the day couldn’t get any worse i’ve found out that they’re going to ban me eating cabbage now. Ffs!

    1. Hi Terry. I'm really surprised about the dentist. I wonder what the reasoning for that is. I hope that today is a much better one for you. It is cold here on this grey Friday. I'm hoping spring will come early. I'm tired of winter.
