Chuckles and Chortles

Happy Monday, everyone! How are you doing? What's new? What have you been up to? Today I feel like I'm on the run. I just returned from the food bank and I'm getting ready to prepare a light dinner, which will be followed by the second class of the tarot course I started last week at the library. Every Monday (aside from holidays) for six weeks. And it's so much fun!

Yesterday I drove to a neighbouring city to spend the afternoon with my older daughter. We met up at a café that we both like where we had a light lunch, some coffee or tea, and caught up with our news. After Easter I will have to make plans to meet my younger daughter in Ottawa and catch up with her, as well. By the end of the month she'll be done with all her exams and the last year of university! I can't believe how fast time goes by.

And that's it for now. I'll be on the run again very soon. Have a wonderful week ahead!

  6. I need one of those extreme portion control thingies ...

Love these, especially the guide cat and the last cat built -- too funny!

It's always good to reconnect with our kids, isn't it? Your younger daughter must be getting excited to graduate and move on to the next steps.

    1. You can't go wrong with cat humour :)

My daughter is very excited. She is looking forward to less of a work load. She's been holding down two jobs while studying full time. That's a very busy schedule.

  7. I've never understood the toilet paper argument. What difference does it make? But the cartoon is cute.

    Love,
