Chuckles and Chortles

Happy Monday, blogging pals! How is everyone doing? Did you have a nice weekend? What's going on with you? Share below. I'd love to hear from you.

It was a glorious weekend here. The weather was awesome. Saturday evening we took a nice walk by the water and yesterday we went to visit friends in our hometown. We stopped by their new place that we hadn't seen yet and afterwards we all went out to dinner at a cozy little restaurant nearby. We had a great time, as we always do when get together, and I am so grateful for good friends.

Now let's get to some funny stuff. Enjoy, and have a beautiful day ahead!

Chuckles and Chortles

Happy Monday Tuesday, everyone! I know I'm a day late but that couldn't be helped. We spent the entire day in Ottawa yesterday starting with attending my younger daughter's graduation ceremony in the morning. OHMYGOSH... I can't tell you how excited and proud and just plain over the moon I was. I had to wave away a few tears when it was her turn to walk on stage. Where did four years of university go? And she has even found a job within her field within a month of finishing school. HOLY MOLY!

My older daughter was also there from Montreal, which was the icing on the cake. To have both my girls there on what also turned out to be an amazingly gorgeous day was such a blessing. We went out to lunch after the ceremony and my younger daughter's boyfriend joined us. He couldn't be there for the ceremony because he was in school (he is studying for his master's this year) but he was able to spend the rest of the day with us. We all had a great time laughing, chatting, catching up. All in all, a perfect day.

So that's where I was at! Now let's get to the funny stuff, shall we?

Wishing you all an awesome day!

Chuckles and Chortles

Happy Monday, dear friends! I hope you all had an amazing weekend. And I hope your week is off to a great start. What's up with all of you? How are you doing? Share your news below.

Our weather has improved. Practically overnight. Because that's the way we do things in Canada. One day you're freezing and the next you're digging out the sandals and shorts. The past few days have been sunny and warm and just plain awesome.

It's been a very busy couple of days. Saturday we spent the entire day in Montreal. We visited with family, did some shopping and stopped in at the bookstore before we headed back home. All in all a wonderful day.

And yesterday was the meetup at the weekly metaphysical store where some really interesting conversations were going on. Today I'll be helping out at the food bank and be totally out of steam by the time I return home. All this socializing and running around has totally drained my battery. Tomorrow I'm going to do absolutely, positively nothing. And enjoy every minute of it.

Right now I'm going to share some funny stuff and wish you all an awesome Monday! Enjoy.

Chuckles and Chortles

It's Monday, everyone, and that means another round of funny stuff. But before we do that, tell me how your weekend was. Did you enjoy it? Did you do anything special? What's new with you? What have you been keeping busy with?

Our weekend was a mix of busy and not busy at all. It's all about balance, right? But today is not balanced. The pendulum is going to swing to rapid pace mode! I'll start with helping out at the food bank in the afternoon, have a quick supper when I return home and then head over to the library for the final tarot class. The course has been awesome and lots of fun. And totally free! I'll have to keep a lookout for other interesting courses offered at our local library.

How's your weather these days? We're still waiting for really nice days. We've had too much rain and it's still fairly cool, especially at night. Would the real spring please stand up! If you are enjoying great weather, please send some our way. I'll take care of the shipping costs!

And that's it for now. Got lots to do, so let's get to the part where we laugh. Enjoy, and have a great day ahead.
