Happy Monday, everyone! And happy November, too, while we're at it. Can you believe we're going to be celebrating the holidays next month. HOLY crap on a cracker...before you know it, it'll be 2020.
How was the weekend? And how was Halloween? Our weekend was quiet and so was our Halloween. Trick or treating for the youngsters turned out to be a lousy night weather-wise. It was pouring rain all day and all night. Never let up. Some brave souls made their way around the neighbourhoods but it was a lot quieter than other years.
Anyhow, busy day ahead, so let's get right to the silliness! Enjoy and have a wonderful day.
LOL with all the funnies, but I so agree about the graffiti one. How do they get up there? I too can't believe it is almost 2020! This year has flown! Seemed like reading other people's blogs, weather was not cooperating on Halloween for the kids to go out and trick or treat. Next year will be interesting on a Saturday. Hopefully the weather will be better!

I'm the "me" regarding that graffiti. I don't even try to read it - I just wonder.
ReplyDeleteHave a good week, Martha.
Oh the airplane one really hit the nail on the head!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the laughs, happy Monday! I am eating too many chocolates right now.
ReplyDeleteProbably some rope and a lot of bravery
ReplyDeleteThese hit the spot, Martha - thank you! I love the one about the birds and the car wash, and the HGTV unbelievable shows :)
ReplyDeleteYour first one about graffiti on the bridge hit the mark. Also like the James Bond one.
ReplyDeleteLaughing in my cereal!!! Have a good day!
ReplyDeleteYes, I've noticed that about HGTV shows too. Where do those people get all that money???
ReplyDeleteWe never get trick or treaters, but I went over to see my great nieces in their costumes and it cleared up long enough for them to go trick or treating. I love these funnies- you always find the best ones. Have a great week! XO
ReplyDeleteNAILS and a CHALKBOARD!!! ARGGH!
ReplyDeleteMaybe the world will have 2020 vision next year. Just imagine that!
hahaha...........
ReplyDeleteoh dear Martha
the first two are hilarious hahaha
thank you for lightening up my morning :)))
sorry that pouring spoiled the festival ,still i am sure you enjoyed it within walls with family so much
wishing you all the joys and peace in days ahead my friend !
LOL I love the nails and chalkboard funny! I really do wonder how those VANDALS tag bridges and places that seem to have no footing!!! We gorged on chocolate and goodies the last weekend, but now it's back to healthy and comforting meals! I'm getting the monthly meal plan ready. It's snowing, I think winter is here for good now, boo hoo hoo hoo...
ReplyDeletegreat choices with the comics - i wouldn't be able to pick a favorite ...loved them all. our Halloween is always quiet here - we live up a mountain road and houses aren't that close so we never get anybody.
ReplyDeleteLove all the funnies, but I do agree about the graffiti! How do they get up there?
ReplyDeleteCan't believe another weekend will soon be here! Where do the weeks go?
All the best Jan
Thanks for all your comments, everyone. I'm so late getting back to this!
